- some minor changes

- added possibility to draw circles with radius in kilometers using poligons
- added suooprt for 3rd party extension TLabel

- added basic functions to render circles using GPolygon in class.goomps_circle.php
- added "multi inheritance" to method "load_module"
- removed some content from demopage_header.html

- fixed handling of object references. Now there no need to call $foo->register_obj() anymore
- changed javascript array definition for points arrays in lib/class.goomps_polygon.php and lib/class.goomps_polyline.php
- rplaced double quotes with single quotes in php strings
